Email contact@csbrasil.cloud for privacy requests, copyright notices, advertising questions or operational matters. Include the page URL and enough detail to identify the request. Do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents in the first message.
Bug reports
For reproducible game bugs, include browser name and version, operating system, map, steps to reproduce and a screenshot if possible. Reports without those details can take longer to investigate.
Response times
Messages are reviewed on a best-effort basis. Legal and privacy requests are prioritized according to applicable deadlines; general support does not have a guaranteed response time.
